Colette has over 27 years experience in the industry,  starting as a file clerk for then, C.A. Ritchey, Best Lock of Michigan and Western Ohio, she worked with many customers as inside sales and eventually was finally able to meet them when she became the outside territory sales representative. She completed both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at night, from The University of Michigan~Dearborn.  She is also a certified AHC
